🎧 SOUND-BASED LISTENING THERAPY
The Rest and Restore
Protocol
A gentle listening Pathway—
to deep Rest, regulation and
embodied ease
“if the system is organized around survival, the body cannot prioritize repair.”
— Rebecca Kase
Finding your way back—
to rest, steadiness and balance
Have you been feeling exhausted, wired, or unable to fully settle—
as if your system has been holding too much, for too long?
The Rest & Restore Protocol is a science-informed, sound-based approach designed to work with the body’s natural rhythm. It offers a quiet, restorative way to help your system unwind, settle, and return to a more grounded internal state.
It can feel like being gently rocked from within, nurturing a sense of calm, safety, and connection
to your inner world—bringing clarity, focus, sleep, digestion, and overall regulation.
Through carefully designed music, the process unfolds gently—inviting a gradual shift out of survival states and into a deeper sense of ease.
It happens organically, in stages, and at a pace unique to your nervous system
Who this may support
• Ongoing fatigue or low energy, even with rest
• Difficulty settling into sleep or staying asleep
• A sense of overwhelm
• Physical tension that doesn’t fully release
• Digestive discomfort linked to stress
• A feeling of being stuck in patterns of exhaustion or shutdown
RRP can beautifully complement SSP, while also standing on its own as a supportive path toward healing and embodied presence.
There is a growing body of science that helps us understand how this process supports the nervous system.
Developed by Anthony Gorry and Dr. Stephen Porges, RRP draws on decades of research in autonomic regulation, rhythmic entrainment, and sound-based approaches.
RRP is built on Sonocea® Enhanced technology, using specific acoustic parameters designed to influence how the nervous system processes sound.
These patterns go beyond melody, working with underlying regulatory rhythms to support shifts in autonomic function and physiological organization.

Deep rest isn't a luxury—
For many clients, it’s the missing condition
that allows everything else to work.
When the nervous system finally finds its rhythm —
not just managed calm, but genuine physiological rest,
the changes that follow can be quietly remarkable.
As clients move through the program, they report,
waking up feeling genuinely replenished, from the kind of rest many had forgotten was possible.
They don't just sleep longer, but better.
Their gut begins to settle.
The digestive system often reflects the nervous system's state, and as internal rhythms shift, clients frequently notice greater ease where tension once lived.
Emotional steadiness returns.
Clients feel less reactive and more present.
Daily stress simply impacts less.
The body becomes easier to read.
Hunger, fatigue and emotional cues become clearer, as clients reconnect with internal signals that guide self-awareness.
Therapeutic work deepens.
Clients arrive with more openness
allowing the work we ’re doing to land differently.
Sometimes, meaningful change begins with helping the nervous system experience true rest.
How does RRP work?
The Listening – 5 hours of specially filtered music that gently engages the vagus nerve. This is a deeply internal experience.
The Pace – Sessions are adjusted to your comfort level. Go with the flow, relax— let the process unfold, as it slowly allows your nervous system to fully integrate the changes.
The Support – I am holding the space with compassionate care in the comfort of your own home to create a safe experience.
The Rest and Restore Protocol is a guided process designed to support your nervous system step by step.

A gentle place to begin,
with support—without full commitment.
We begin with a one-month container that includes:
a 60-minute onboarding session,
access to your listening program,
and ongoing, attuned support.
From there, you move at your own pace.
Many find that the benefits of RRP continue to unfold well beyond the initial listening period.
If it feels supportive, you can extend your access to the program for $25 per month, or $240 for the year.
A path for those who prefer a more self-directed rhythm,
while still being gently held in a space of care and support, without having to commit to a full package from the start.
Fully guided Listening Path—$850
A complete self-guided path,
held within steady, attuned support.
We begin together with a 60-minute session—
a space to gently enter the listening process, ensuring everything feels safe, paced, and aligned with your nervous system.
From there, you continue in your own rhythm, with ongoing support alongside you.
We stay connected through regular check-ins, tracking what’s shifting, adjusting as needed, meeting whatever unfolds along the way.
This path includes a full personalized plan,
thoughtfully tailored to your needs,
along with integrative easy to implement practices, to support regulation between sessions.
You’ll also receive tools to continue supporting your nervous system well beyond the listening process—
with one full year of access to your listening program as it continues to enfold and deepen.
A Pace That Honors Your System
Every nervous system moves in its own timing.
We can’t predict in advance how quickly—or slowly—you or your child will move through RRP.
What we do know is that moving too quickly can create unnecessary discomfort, activate protective responses such as fight, flight, or shutdown, and at times interrupt the progress we’re supporting.
It can be tempting to move faster—
especially when the early stages feel easeful. But often, this can lead to increased sensitivity or setbacks.
In some cases, everything may appear fine on the surface, yet deeper shifts have not had the space to emerge.
The nervous system has its own way of pacing what feels manageable
RRP is most supportive when we follow the rhythm your system is ready for. This is why we move at a pace we both agree feels steady, safe, and well-supported.
Because safety and co-regulation matter deeply,
I also encourage having someone you trust nearby during listening—
a friend, partner, or family member whenever possible.
